Thanksgiving Day

As our day ends and we had an opportunity to share with friends and family I praise the Lord for the bounty of love, fellowship and time spent in laughter. What a gift we receive when joined in the spirit of friendship, family and affection. Praising God for all that we have in our lives is beyond special. I pray that you gave thanks to our Lord whether you spent the time with longtime friends and family or had a relaxing quiet day. As we prepare for the Advent Season let us remember to carry our thankfulness beyond the Thanksgiving Holiday and remember the “reason for the season”… Psalm 13:6 I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
