Find the Time

Loving God with the heart of a child does not mean we are not supposed to mature as a Christian. There are days when we believe we have finally grown in faith… we can handle disappointments or challenges with grace, understanding and positive attitude. And then along comes a new day and we may grumble, get impatient or lose that positive attitude. It is then we realize we are oh, so human…what a disappointment! Becoming prayerful and humble we ask God for strength in order to become the person He is waiting for us to be. We live such busy lives we need day planners to stay focused and only “pencil in” family activities. We fall into bed exhausted with little or no thought to our blessings and prayers to our Lord. When rushing through life we may neglect our spiritual wellbeing or prepare for everything but a life filled with God. It is through our Lord we accomplish the agenda God has for us. Let us remember to set aside a special time for God and thank Him for our blessings, praise Jesus for His gift of life and feel the love of the Holy Spirit. Hebrews 2:18 Because He Himself has suffered when tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted. Choose God’s way… Continue growing in faith as we maintain our Bible studies and share the joy through Christian fellowship and prayer. Smiles & Blessings, Cynthia Collins Kaitfors
