We Abound in Hope

As the day closes and the sun is set we take the time to say thank you Lord for the day. What did we do with our day? Run from one activity or meeting to another? Did we meet the expectations God had for us? Some days get so busy we forget to take a breath and give thanks.

It is so easy to be self-absorbed, think we are more important than others or feel irreplaceable, so let’s keep our lives in God perspective…Our thoughts should be on others not ourselves, no one is more important than another (no matter what your job) and we are all replaceable.

The joy is we are still one of a kind. God made us unique with special gifts and talents. We are walking the earth for a purpose and if we keep the faith, trust and follow our Lord while believing we will accomplish God’s purpose.

It is exciting to know that He made each of us with a specific goal…at times we may not know what is expect from us, but if we stay in “constant” relationship with Him we hear the call. Doing what He expects, staying away from temptation and following His commands builds our faith as it brings us closer to Jesus.

1 Corinthians 2:9-10 “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him”- but God has revealed it to us by His Spirit.

Go forth with praise knowing we are abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Smiles & Blessings,
Cynthia Collins Kaitfors
