As we prepare for everyday life are we organized, have all the right tools and know exactly what to say or do? Of course not, however God has us well in hand. He has prepared the road on which we are to travel.
The question then would be…which road will we take? As the saying goes…The road well-traveled or the road that has been cleared just for us. It is so easy to get caught up in the peer pressure, television ads or the popular agenda of society, yet it is with God’s guidance that we succeed.
He has incorporated all that we need…we have the gifts, skills and talents…it is up to us to use them through our belief in God and ourselves. It is important to extinguish all negative thoughts and doubts about who we are and what we can accomplish.
God does not lead us to impossible directives, but gently slides us into situations that will allow us to grow and use the talents He has given us. Our Lord has administered the seeds of greatness for each of us in our own abilities. It is our honor to use the gifts.
Matthew 5:13 “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bow. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.” In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
What a joy to know we honor God by striving toward greatness…the greatness He has in store for each of us. Go forth as a strong believer praising His name knowing God encourages us each day to achieve, Jesus walks with us with love and support and the Holy Spirit fills our souls with spiritual energy to make the trip.
Smiles & Blessings,
