“Two heads are better than one”, we have heard this saying for years and at times it does make sense after all if we are brain storming at work, deciding where to put furniture in the house or playing games with a child it is always more fun and enjoyable to bounce ideas off each other.
We also have more confidence in ourselves, feel stronger when in a crisis or attain the peace needed when allowing God to be our second head. When needing wisdom what is better than the source of all power our Lord?
We will live a life of honor and integrity when following God’s commands. It would be like having that second head helping us make choices, set boundaries and pursue the life our Lord has planned.
Our lives have a variety of options but only a few that are aligned with God’s plan. When in doubt seek Him in prayer, when your direction is lost seek Our Lord for the guidelines to success and the wisdom of God will fill our souls.
Psalm 50: 1-2 Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
What a joy and delight to know when we are in need God is there and when we need a second opinion once again He is there. Let’s continue with prayers and supplications that lead us to wisdom and right choices.
