Have you ever completed a report, paper or assignment on your computer only to find out that it didn’t save properly? How did you respond? Well, that is just what happened to me…I had completed my devotion and when I came back to the computer I realized it was no longer there…
We all have some irritations in our lives, but with the grace of God we are able to complete our work and be joyful. Walking in love with our Lord gives us patience, sense of humor and abilities to accomplish all that God has planned. We are never more than a conversation from our Lord who encourages and supports our endeavors.
It is like having a best friend who is always there, who bolsters our confidence and authenticates our abilities. His love never wavers and confirms our faith as we trust and believe. Our Lord, Jesus established the way and with our devotion He comforts, carries and strengthens our lives.
So whether having a day of irritations or joyful responsibilities let’s remember God is in control. How we respond to our everyday life displays our attitude of faith. Being in fellowship with our Lord allows a calmness that negates any negative thinking. We are able to shine for God and do the work He has given us to do with peace and tranquility.
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
Rejoice in the glory of God, praise His name and sing out to the heavens with love.
Smiles & Blessings,
Cynthia Collins Kaitfors
