Living in poverty many times means living without hope. It is survival of the fittest and aggression is the way of the street. Becoming soft is a weakness and living with a dream is laughed at.
Unfortunately many children are living without the knowledge of God or the love of Jesus in their hearts. Countless are living in spiritual poverty. They are learning to get along to stay strong, be loyal to be safe and join gangs to survive.
A family does not need to be below poverty financially to be living in spiritual poverty. Children are affected just as deeply whether there is money in the bank or not…the wealth is from God.
Raising our children with a heart for God and a love for Jesus allows them to grow and mature into the riches of God’s glory. Let’s bring our children out of that spiritual darkness and begin investing in their inheritance.
Psalm 40:16 Let all who seek you rejoice and be glad because of you. Let those who love your salvation continually say, “The Lord is great!”
What a joy to know we bring God’s wealth to our families; through prayers, Bible studies and continued Christian fellowship. Rejoice and be glad.
Smiles & Blessings,
