There are days it is much easier to trust God than others…it is when all is going right; and we feel comfortable, safe and secure. On the other hand we need to trust when all is falling apart, feelings of insecurity and safety are issues.
Jesus’s first miracle was done out of obedience…His mother, Mary tells the servants to do whatever He tells them. They were to fill the pitchers of water and serve them as wine…talk about stepping out in faith…
We too are given that message…do what God tells you…no questions asked. Are we able to keep world views and societies moral compass out of our line of vision? Being a strong follower of Jesus and trusting God is a struggle for some.
The answer is loving God with our whole heart, being thankful for all we have and to grow in faith through prayer, Bible studies and continued Christian fellowship. We are blessed with the power of Jesus through our belief, our commitment and our love.
1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s might hand, that He may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.
Walk in obedience to God’s call…allow Him to embrace you with His love and be filled with the Holy Spirit as we grow in love for Jesus
Smiles & Blessings,
